The month of love has arrived, meaning you may want to spoil someone special this Valentine's Day.
I have gone through all my recipes and have come up with a list of what I think would work perfectly for Valentine's Day 2023. Choose from a selection of cookies, cakes, muffins, or tarts for this upcoming Valentine's Day!
1. Sugar Cookies with Sprinkles
These absolutely gorgeous, delicious, easy homemade sugar cookies with sprinkles will delight anyone this Valentine's Day!
To hone in on this holiday's red and pink mood, choose pink and/or red sprinkles when making these cookies.
2. Strawberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake
This rustic small-batch homemade strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake consist of a layer of white chocolate cheesecake infused with a strawberry compote, sitting on a buttery biscuit base. This small-batch baked cheesecake makes 4-6 slices, for Valentine's Day.
3. Raspberry and White Chocolate Loaf Cake
Nothing quite says "I love you" than a pink-speckled raspberry and white chocolate loaf cake. This cake is quick, and easy, but still very pretty and very tasty. The perfect dessert to accompany your special Valentine's Day dinner.

The best thing about this tart is that the flavour combos are endless, as long as your jelly and yoghurt match up, you can choose whatever flavour you want. For this Valentine's day, I will be choosing a strawberry, raspberry or cherry yoghurt and jelly combo!
5. Spinach and Feta Dip
For a tapas-style occasion or gathering a delicious spinach and feta dip will definitely add to the table. Pair this delicious dip with wedges, crackers, chips, carrot sticks or celery sticks.
6. Tomato Galette
A herby flakey pastry topped with cheese filling and smothered in tomatoes...a delicious, easy tart for this Valentine's Day.
The great thing about this tart is you can make the pastry dough up to 5 days in advance. Advanced prep is the key to a romantic dinner!
7. Classic Bakewell Tart
Top a buttery shortcrust pastry with jam, a light frangipane, and some sliced almonds...and decorate it with a simple glaze to make a stunner of a Bakewell Tart. A British classic...but with that delightful pink stripe of jam...you can make it romantic.
8. Triple Chocolate Muffins
Nothing quite says Valentine's Day like chocolate treats! And this triple chocolate muffin is exactly that. A rich cocoa base that is complimented with both milk and caramelised white chocolate. A decadent treat for those chocolate lovers!
