BAKEWELL BLONDIES

These delicious, chewy Bakewell blondies begin with an almond-stuffed blondie base and are topped with raspberry jam, flaked almonds, and an icing glaze.

INGREDIENTS

1 - whisk together the melted butter and sugar.

2 - Whisk the eggs into the mixture.

3 - Fold in the dry ingredients.

4 - Pour into pan, dollop with jam and top with flaked almonds. Bake.

5 - Cool. Then drizzle with glaze, slice, serve and enjoy!
