INGREDIENTS
Step 1 Partially Cream Butter. Add sugar and partially cream. Add egg and vanilla, mix to combine.
Step 2 Add in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix to combine. Toss in chocolate!
Step 3 Portion out the cookie dough using a scoop or create cookie dough balls just over an inch across.
Step 4 Dot with choc chunks and bake at 190°C/375F for 10 to 12 Mins.
Step 5 Allow to cool on baking sheet before serving.
