These easy chocolate chip shortbread biscuits have that delicious buttery flavor elevated with dark chocolate chips.
Ingredients
1 - cream the butter & sugars. Add the dry ingredients. Mix to soft pliable dough.
2 - press into a 23cm tart tin or 9"x9" square tin. Bake at 180°/355F for 20-30 mins.
3 - Cool and Slice.
