COFFEE WALNUT LOAF CAKE

This easy, moist classic coffee and walnut cake is full of coffee and walnut notes, topped with a delicious coffee and brown sugar cream cheese frosting.

INGREDIENTS

1 - Beat together butter and sugars until well combined. Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until soft, light and fluffy.

2 - Add in the coffee mixture, flour, baking powder, salt, and walnut. Mix until combined.

3 - Pour into prepared loaf tin and bake.

4 - Beat together the cream cheese and butter. Add in the coffee and beat.

4 - Beat in the icing sugar until a smooth spreadable frosting is formed.

5 - Frost the cake with the coffee brown sugar frosting.
