Condensed Milk Cookies

These condensed milk biscuits (cookies) are thick, soft, chewy, and flavoured with condensed milk. The perfect all-rounder of the biscuit world.


1 - Cream the butter and sugar.

 2- Add the condensed milk and vanilla. Mix.

3 - Fold in the dry ingredients in batches.

4 - Portion and roll out the biscuit. Bake at 180°C/355°F for 20-30 mins
