Easy Bran Muffins


These quick, easy, delicious, moist bran muffins are made with simple pantry ingredients. Serve these muffins with butter, jam or even a little cheese.


1 - Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and bran.

2 - Whisk together the oil, milk and egg.

3 - Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

3 - Bake at 180°C/355 for 20 minutes.

Serve with butter, cheese and jam.
