Classic Philadelphia Cheesecake

This classic Philadelphia cheesecake recipe consists of a homemade crust topped with a decadent cheesecake filling that is baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Press the Graham cracker/biscuit crumb mixture into the bottom of  a loose-base or springform pan.

Make the cheesecake filling by combining the ingredients using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer.

Pour the cheesecake filling over the biscuit base, smooth out, and bang on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles.

Bake in a water bath and cool slowly. Remove from pan and place on a serving plate.
