Hot Cross Bun Bread and Butter Pudding

This easy, delicious, homemade hot cross bun bread and butter pudding is a twist on the classic bread and butter pudding but made with leftover hot cross buns.

Hot cross buns are also pretty easy to make!


Step 1 - Slice and butter both sides of the buns.

Step 2 - Whisk together the milk, eggs, cream, and sugar & zest.

Step 4 - Arrange the buns in a dish and pour over the custard base.

Rest for 45 minutes.

Step 5 - Bake at 180°C/350° F for 45-50 minutes.

Step 6 - Serve with ice cream and fresh berries.
