Jam Puff Pastry Tarts

Ingredients

Measure and cutout pastries.

Dock the pastry in the center. Top with jam, and then pull each of the corners to the opposite sides.

Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 200°C/390°F for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool and then decorate with a lemon glaze.
