Orange Loaf Cake


A slice of this quick, easy, soft and moist orange loaf cake is the perfect light dessert. This cake is also a great addition to a brunch or afternoon coffee break.


Beat together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the milk, orange juice, vanilla and melted butter. Mix to combine.

Add in the flour, baking powder, salt and orange zest. Mix until just combined.

Pour into the loaf tin and bake at 170°C/340F for 35 to 45 minutes.

Drizzle the cake with orange juice drizzle. Allow to cool.

Slice and enjoy!
