These easy, rustic, crunchy homemade vegan croutons are delightfully crispy, crunchy. A perfect addition to any salad or soup!

CROUTONS INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil

Bread

Salt

Herbs

Slice and dice the bread to the desired size (0.5 to 1" cubes).

Place all diced cubes in a large mixing bowl or roasting dish.

Toss the cubes of bread with olive oils, herbs and salt.

190°/375F/Gas Mark 5 for 10 to 25 minutes (based on the size of the cubes).
