(Caramel Shortbread Bars)
INGREDIENTS
Step 1 - Cream together the butter and sugars.
Step 2 - Mix in the flour and salt to form a soft dough.
Step 3 - divide the dough into thirds.
Step 4 - Press 2/3 into the bottom of the pan and prick with a fork. Bake for 15 mins.
Step 5 - Top with cooked caramel and last third of shortbread dough. Bake for 15 mins.
Step 6 - Allow to cool.
Step 7 - Slice and enjoy!
