Tomato Puff Pastry Tart

Ingredients

Start with docking and creating a pastry border. Bake at 200°/390°F for 15 mins.

Slice tomatoes and place on paper towels to drain excess moisture.

Press down the pastry that puffed up during baking.

Top with cheese, tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper.  Top with cheese, tomatoes, onions, salt, and pepper. 

Serve with a green salad
