Triple Chocolate Muffins

 Chop the chocolate.

 Sieve together the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add in the salt and sugar. Toss in the chocolate.

Whisk together cooled melted butter, eggs, yoghurt, milk and vanilla.

Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter into 12. Top with some chocolate chunks.

Bake at 220°C/430F/Gas Mark 7 for 5 minutes. Turn down the oven to 200°/390F/Gas Mark 6 and bake for further 12-15 minutes.
