Step 1 - Make a Biscoff cookie crumb crust and fridge while making the filling.
Step 2 - beat together the cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar and Biscoff cookie butter spread.
Step 3 - Fold in the whipped cream.
Step 4 - Pour filling over biscuit crust, fridge for 6 hours, top with Biscoff spread and crushed cookies. Slice & enjoy!
