1 - Add the eggs, vanilla, vinegar and red food colouring to the melted butter, chocolate and sugar.
2 - Fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
3 - Toss in the white (or dark) chocolate chunks. Fold to combine. Pour into pan and bake.
4 - Allow to cool and slice!
Top Tip - Cut into small bite sizes and add to your Sundae or Ice-Cream bar this summer!
