This simple, homemade malva pudding is flavored with apricot jam and drenched in a rich cream sauce. Serve it warm with custard, cream, or ice cream for a delicious comforting dessert.
INGREDIENTS
1 - put together the sponge batter and smooth into a glass/ceramic baking dish.
2 - bake in a preheated oven covered with foil for 20 minutes, then remove for another 20 minutes. The pudding will be a deep golden brown.
3 - pour the hot cream sauce over the hot pudding.
4 - Serve with custard, fresh cream or vanilla-ice cream.
